This applies to this website and to inquiries made through it. Information handled inside a client engagement is governed by the engagement agreement and the confidentiality terms in it, which are stricter than anything on this page.
If you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your name, your company, your email address, your role, the sector and territory you select, and whatever you write in the message field. That is the only place on this site that asks you for anything.
If you subscribe to The Brief, we collect your email address and nothing further.
So that a partner can reply to you. That is the entire purpose. Your inquiry goes to a person who answers it; it reaches a person who answers it, and that is where it ends.
People inside XL Financial who need to answer you, and the service providers who run our email and website infrastructure under contract to us. We do not sell information about you, we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks, and we do not pass it to any other firm.
Inquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Brief subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which is one click in every email we send.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act on that request. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honor those as well. Write to us using the details on the contact page.
This site uses only what is needed for the pages to work and to remember whether you have chosen the light or dark theme. That preference is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.
If this page changes materially we will update the date at the top of it.
